To update a customer’s profile, follow these steps:
- Select the Customers button on the top navigation menu to access the Customers page.
- Choose the desired customer from the list or use the search bar and filters to locate the customer record.
- Select the arrow icon (manage) to load the customer's overview page. Alternatively, you can click on the customer information line and choose Edit details.
- Click on the pencil (edit) icon at the top left of the customer overview to open the edit customer window.
- Update the customer’s details and select Save to confirm your changes.
For future Agreements sent to customers, their updated profile information will be included. However, it is important to keep in mind that the consent captured on existing Agreements with previous details will remain unchanged.
