Updating Business Information

To add or modify your brand's logo, contact details, and support hours, follow these steps: 
  1. Navigate to the Account page within the portal. 
  2. Select the Edit option within the brand tile. 
  3. Enter the desired changes to your brand's logo, business contact details, and support hours. 
  4. After making the necessary modifications, click on Save to save the changes. 
  5. The updated business details will be automatically included in all future agreement invitations and communication sent to your customers. 
  6. Changes to business details will be reflected in your customer’s payer portal immediately.
