To add or modify your brand's logo, contact details, and support hours, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Account page within the portal.
- Select the Edit option within the brand tile.
- Enter the desired changes to your brand's logo, business contact details, and support hours.
- After making the necessary modifications, click on Save to save the changes.
- The updated business details will be automatically included in all future agreement invitations and communication sent to your customers.
- Changes to business details will be reflected in your customer’s payer portal immediately.
