The Dashboard is an overview of everything related to your active Smart Payment Agreements. It will show Successful, Scheduled, In-progress and Unsuccessful payment attempts within the selected period.
Definitions:
- “Successful” refers to when a payment has completed with success.
- “Scheduled” are the payments in line to be made in accordance with your Smart Payment Agreements.
- “In-progress” refers to payments that are currently in the processing cycle at a bank. Usually applied to Direct Debit or BPAY payments that have extended processing times.
- “Unsuccessful” refers to payments that were not successful/completed due to various reasons (e.g. insufficient funds).
- Please note: Missed BPAY payments will not show in the ‘Unsuccessful’ table because if they were not paid as no payment has been ‘unsuccessful’ it simply does not exist. However, the Smart Payment Agreement will record a missed BPAY payment and complete the auto-management process (eg Grace Period notification).
In each section of the Dashboard, you will see the ‘Method’, ‘Status’ and ‘Manage’ subheadings.
- “Method” refers to the payment method that customer is using to pay their agreement.
- “Status” refers to status of the Smart Payment Agreement – e.g. active, in-care.
- “Manage” is where you can click on the arrow
to take you to the individual agreement.
