Email & SMS Templates

Did you know you can customise the email and SMS messaging sent to your clients? Perhaps you want to include your business information or contact details.

Follow the below steps on how to manage your communication templates:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Navigate to Account > Settings > Communication Settings.




  3. Click on Messages.
  4. Click to expand an email template Type i.e. Grace Payment.
  5. You can update the subject and body of the message as well as use Substitute fields to insert relevant information about your business.
  6. Click on the eye symbol or the right to preview your changes.
  7. Repeat the process for each template you wish to update.
