Unlocking User Accounts

The default security policy of the business portal includes an account lockout feature. After five (5) consecutive incorrect password attempts, user accounts are automatically locked for a period of 30 minutes.  


In case of genuine user error, you can unlock their account by going to the Account page and selecting the lock icon next to their user record. Confirm your decision to unlock the account to proceed.
